Current Sermon Series - “Lighten the Load”
Advent is a season that celebrates gift-giving. This year, we’re focusing on a different kind of giving: specifically, the lessening of the burdens that others carry. Together, we’ll discover how preparing for Jesus means that we help lighten the load of others in the name of Jesus.

Discussion Group - Thoughtful discussion on contemporary topics. Together we will explore how these matters shape and challenge our Christian faith today. All are welcome. Meet in the library after Gathering time.
Foundry Study Group - Studying “God is Closer Than You Think” by John Ortberg. You do not need a book to participate in the discussion, new participants always welcome. Please join us! Meet in Room 108 after the Gathering time.

Skykids Christmas Play, “Reverse in Christmas”!
On Wednesday evening, December 3rd, at 6pm, our Skykids children will put on a production of “Reverse Christmas.” During this play, they will rewind Christmas, discovering the greatest story ever told…in reverse! Bring your friends and family as we celebrate the hope of Jesus together. Plus, we’ll enjoy Christmas confections!
Longest Night Service - Sunday, December 21 st
5:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary
Christmas Eve Service - December 24th 5:00 p.m. - With Children’s pop-up pageant.
Music Service - Sunday, December 28th at 10 a.m. in the Sanctuary

About Us
We are a United Methodist Church in Clearwater, Florida. Skycrest welcomes and includes people of every age, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, and physical and mental ability. Learn more about us here.
Children/Youth Ministries
At Skycrest, we love kids, youth, and families of all kinds. We have Nursery during our worship services and events, SkyKids for ages 4 through 5th grade, and Youth Ministry for middle school and high school students. We also have a weekday preschool for ages 2 and up! Lastly, for young adults, we offer a young adults group for fellowship!
Serving
Serving others is at the heart of who we are as a church. You’ll find us globally on mission trips, locally feeding the hungry in our community and even serving within our own church. If you have a heart of service, Skycrest is your home!
Worship
Whether you prefer modern worship songs or traditional hymns, we have a service just for you. Our Combined Worship Service includes a modern band, choir, and organ.
