Activities
The
children’s Sunday school classes will be
doing special activities
each week to help them better understand Lent and prepare for Easter.
In
addition to these Lenten activities, enrich your family life during
Lent in
other ways. Choose activities, stories, and play that highlight things
coming to life, the simplicity of the season, or themes of
Easter to come.
Children at Skycrest United
Methodist Church attend a Sunday School
class at 10:00 AM and are then brought over to the 11:00 Worship
Service, sit on the steps leading to the altar for the Children's
Sermon which is based on the scripture lesson for the day. Then those
too yound to sit through the entire worship service are taken back to a
special time together led by our Youth and Children's minister,
Neil Rogo.
